Coaching Services 

For all sessions you will have dedicated time and space to work through what might be holding you back.

I am a Qualified coach and a member of the EMCC

I continue to study and and participate in workshops and webinars. 

I am required by the EMCC to have supervision at least 3 times a year, to ensure I keep to the EMCC Code of Ethics. 

For 1-1 sessions, I recommend a minimum 3 sessions. However, sometimes one session is enough to get you back on track.

• Free 30 minute Discovery Discussion when we will agree if we are the right fit for each other.

• £90 per hour coaching sessions.​

Group Sessions​

• £600 with a maximum of 6 in a group for a 90minute session​
