We all need guidance in life at times, and I believe I can help with that.

Unexpectedly, through the backdrop of the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown 1 in 2020 I had an opportunity to tune into the pause and decided to undertake a courageous career change whilst working from home.

The words ‘Catching Light’ took on a whole new meaning watching the sun rising and setting, light bouncing off the waves, and from thoughts, memories, and unrealised goals.

Following more than 30 years in education which began as a novice child-care trainee to becoming Depute Head Teacher, I made the decision to turn my full time attention to coaching and mentoring.

Achieving goals is most successful when space, time and the attention of a dedicated coach to guide is available.

Coaching with me will help you:

  • create a successful career change

  • prepare for transition within your current workspace

  • preparation for transition outwith your current workspace

  • work through an issue that is holding you back professionally

  • work through an issue that is holding you back personally

  • prepare for leadership and further learning opportunities

  • generate a sustainable and healthier lifestyle

  • establish a sustainable life/work balance

We will explore your issue and work together to find a solution, through carefully planned coaching           conversations.

When we actively participate, we increase our success rate.

What motivates and inspires me

I have always loved being close to water, and most days I can be found on one of North Berwick’s beaches, walking my faithful four legged companion, Jilly, and breathing in the sea air.

Alongside my love of walking I also enjoy photography, writing, Pilates, sea swimming, cycling, horse riding, gardening, listening to music and spending quality time with family and close friends.

I take great joy when I know I have had a positive impact with a client, knowing that they are on their way to achieving personal and professional goals.
